According to every source i've seen, they were installing some electrical equipment, and it caught the building on fire.

Not to mention the huge smoke cloud. I was out at PE when it began, and everyone thought it was a house on fire just over the hill from the size of it.

we couldnt even go into downtown at all, they led us to a freeway, and Tae-Kwon-Dof class actually went on even though we cant get there because of the police leading all the traffic to the freeway

Hmmm. We were able to drive through downtown, even within a block of it. We didn't try to get closer, but it looked like everything was open. BTW, what does this have to do with politics??
