On Game boys, there is a battery cover in the back. How do some people lose them? I used to have a charging battery pack for my GBC, that's how I lost my cover.  

I still have the cover, most people just keep playing with it and eventually it breaks.

Well my Game Boy Color doesn't have one because I had this rechargeable battery pack, and to use it, you had to take off the battery cover. From using the charger so much, I eventually lost the cover. I dont really think it's likly for the covers to break, most people just lose them.

I got mine from a friend who got an Sp and gave the color to me. When I got it, the cover was missing. When i was using it, I found that an extra strength Band-aid worked well and lasted for several years!! lol!

Yeah, well, my sisters is missing the back, and when I play hers, I just hold in the batteries with my hands because when you are playing with a GBA, your fingers are kind of already there.

Well i just use a few strips on electric tape and it works perfectly.Only my color has a missing battery cover.
