basiclly you ask someone to make a banner for you or if you can make one. Then find a site you use to get a ulr to host your image. Then use the ulr and put it in the signature and do (img)(/img) to actually show the pic

Do you have a recomedation for a site to host it? What dimensions should the image be?

There are 2 sites to host it on, Imageshack.com or Photobucket.com

But they are both the same thing.
